By Donna Domino An investigation by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) of a VA hospital in Salt Lake City found evidence of "tension" between interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons, but reported that the situation did not "directly contribute" to the deaths of four patients at the facility within a nine-month period. |
