| The discontinued products paper has been produced as a result of the BNMS summit meeting in February 2009 and has been given the approval of the MHRA by Graham Matthew who was also present at the summit. The Chief Pharmacists document has also been approved by the national NHS Pharmaceutical QA committee. www.ukrg.org.uk |
