BNMS Registration FAQs Spring Meeting

If you are paying by invoice please ensure that you input the correct invoice address when registering. If your trust is paying for your registration this must be the trust invoicing address.
You should then download the invoice and forward it immediately to your accounts department for payment.
BNMS will NOT forward the invoice to your finance department for payment.
Ultimately the delegate is responsible for ensuring payment is made and remains the main contact and will be contacted regarding any delays or issues regarding payment.

Only one registration place can be booked per email and login.

We will no longer be able to provide a group invoice but you can still obtain a group discount if there are 5 or more delegates from 1 department.
Here's how:
1. A group coordinator must email with the names of at least 5 delegates from the same trust at
2. The BNMS will confirm receipt of this email and provide a unique promotional code to the coordinator, which the coordinator must pass on to the
delegates for registering.
3. The delegates should register online and input the unique promotional code to receive their 10% discount and then request an invoice or pay online.
(For invoice payment please ensure you obtain a PO number and the correct billing address from your accounts department to input into the
registration fields).

4. Once you have completed registration is please forward your invoice to your accounts department for payment.

Reduced registration fees marked with an asterisk* for delegates complying with the following criteria:
Medical staff not holding a consultant or equivalent post
Scientists NHS band 7 (or equivalent) or below
Academic staff band 7 or below
Pharmacist NHS band 7 or below
Technologist/Radiographers/nurses NHS band 7 or below
To qualify for the free Student registration, you must be a BNMS Student Member. (You will need confirmation of your student status with a covering
letter from their head of department.)
on-Trainee members can register at a reduced rate which also includes 12 months trainee membership of the Society. This is available for STPS
and those enrolled on a PhD or MD or PG Course involving radioisotopes. See here for more information.
Delegates employed by commercial organisations not exhibiting or sponsoring the meeting must register at the full rate.

If you think you've selected the wrong fee, contact us either at or call us on 0115 7484 504 and we can amend the fee for you.

If you have input the wrong address, contact us either at or call us on 0115 7484503 and we can amend your address.

If you require an invoice with a PO number, please have the PO number ready as you register online. A field has been set aside for you to input
the number so when you select the "pay by invoice" option, a ready to print document is generated including your reference.

We are aware hospital trusts can take a while in processing payments, therefore if you think it is delayed, let us know. To avoid delay in payment please
forward your invoice to your accounts department as soon as you register.
