Virtual Conference Guide
Once you've registered for the event, you'll be sent instructions on how to gain access to the Event app and or webpage
Our Strong Recommendation
We suggest you use both the computer-browser version and the mobile device app.
Computer-browser version: takes advantage of a bigger screen so you can get a better overview of the conference programme.
Mobile device app: takes advantage of interactivity and includes delegate, speaker and sponsor details and the ability to communicate directly with the conference community and individual delegates, as well as with social media.
How to access the virtual meeting
1. After you book and pay for the conference, you will be included in the list of participants. In due course, you will receive an automated email with instructions on how to get started as you will need to create an account with RD Mobile to access the conference. This email will be sent to the email address you used to book and pay for your place at the conference. You can do this on your computer or a mobile device (tablet, phone etc).
2. Once you have created an account with RD Mobile, you must verify your email address by clicking the link in an email that is sent to you automatically by RD Mobile after you have registered with them. Please check your spam folder
if you do not receive the verification email (search for the email address "email@example.com"). Again, you can do this on your computer or a mobile device (tablet, phone etc). You will not gain access to Eventsential without having completed this step. If you try and log in without verifying, you will get an "Access Restricted" notice.
VERY IMPORTANT: Access will be via links which will only be published in Eventsential
Abstract submission is now closed
Abstracts for the Autumn Meeting are Poster ONLY (they are reviewed but not judged during the event)
Posters will be presented as eposters in the Virtual Meeting app

The Conference is organised by Dr Chirag Patel from Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS trust, Leeds and his local organising committee
Learning Outcomes from this event:
1. Critical evaluation of new developments, standard of care, techniques and technology and service delivery.
2. Review existing professional standards and audit for the delivery of nuclear
medicine services and procedures.

We're going VIRTUAL and keeping fees as simple as possible!
This year rather than group bookings, we are offering the chance to register as a Hub!
This means you can have an unlimited number of people who can group in-person to view the virtual meeting together.
Only the lead of the group needs to register via the system for a total cost of £200!

Please note that a Hub Ticket means there is just 1 login to the conference provided to the lead of the group (attendees do not have their own login).
For those of you who can't make it on the day, a Listener fee will become available straight after the meeting.
The sessions will become available to be viewed on-demand a couple of days after the meeting
and interactive features will be disabled.

(If you are accessing the event from a trust computer make sure your trust allows you to access the app and that you have access to the internet all day)
- Download the app

- Update your profile on the app
(make sure you set up your profile as much as possible, this is effectively your event badge)
- Visit the Virtual Exhibition Hall
(don’t forget to visit the exhibitors’ virtual exhibition stands)
- Take a look at the Poster Abstracts
(poster abstracts can be viewed in the app, but discussions will be taking place on Twitter)
- Stay Connected!
(As a virtual meeting it’s vital to stay in touch via the app and its networking features)
We strongly recommend paying by credit/debit card via our paypal system.
If your trust is paying for your registration fees, please try and pay by credit/debit card and then claim
this back on expenses.
IF YOU NEED TO PAY BY INVOICE
If you require an invoice, please provide the correct billing address and a PO number. (A PO number is essential to ensure your registration is paid by your
International bookings require pre-payment by either debit or credit card.
*You should download the invoice at the time of registration and pass this to your finance department for processing.
