Delegate badges will be available to collect at the registration desk on arrival. Please ensure you wear your badge to access all scientific sessions.

All poster abstracts will be submitted to the BNMS as a pdf and will be made available on the BNMS website.

There is a cashpoint at a Tesco Express on Maid Marian Way (5 minutes walk) or alternatively walk towards the Old Market Square and use the Tesco Express cash machine (3 minutes walk)

Lunch will be provided for all delegates. Please specify any dietary requirements when you register online or contact us here
Teas and coffees are available all day.

A free cloakroom will be provided.
All cloakroom items will be locked away during sessions, if you require access during sessions please ask at reception or the registration desk.
