Breakdown will be after the afternoon break at 2.40pm

Tables are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Trestle tables with cloths and chairs will be provided.

WIFI is available throughout the venue (for delegates also) – password access only.

A sandwich lunch and tea and coffee is provided at no additional cost (served after the delegate lunch for 1 exhibitor). If you wish to purchase lunch for additional exhibitors, this will be at a cost of £15 + VAT.

Electricity can be provided in the exhibition hall, where necessary extension leads will be provided. Please ensure you notify us if you require electric sockets.

UNLOADING/PARKING

Exhibitors can access the venue via 2 different entrances.

1. At the top of Maid Marian Way (off the Island) there is a layby which is shared with the police station and so items must be dropped off quickly.

2. At the front of the Albert Hall there are double yellow lines, but you can drop off items and stay for 5 – 10 minutes only.

The Albert Hall does not have its own car parking.

The Albert Hall offers reduced day and 24hr rates for two nearby multi story car parks. NCP St James Street and NCP Nottingham City on Mount Street. Both these car parks are within easy walking distance. Patrons of the Albert Hall can park at this car park where you will receive a ticket. This can then be validated on your arrival at the Albert Hall reception. The cost of the reduced all day ticket is currently £6.

Metered Street Parking is available, cheaper tariffs can be found in Zone 2 areas near the Albert Hall on, College St and The Ropewalk. The charging period is between the hours of 8am and 8pm and the tariff is variable, Click Here for current charges

SPONSORSHIP

From coffee breaks to presentation slides and flyers in delegate packs, there are still plenty of sponsorship opportunities to raise awareness of your company.

Charlotte Weston will be happy to discuss available options with you:
