EXHIBITION OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES

The exhibition hall will be open to delegates on:
Monday 18th May Times 12pm - 7.30pm - Exhibition open
(Including President's Reception to be held in the exhibition hall from 6pm)
Tuesday 19th May 9.30am - 5pm - Exhibition open
Wednesday 20th May 10.15 - 2pm - Exhibition open

SENDING ITEMS AHEAD

Items can be sent by courier ahead of the conference for delivery at the earliest on Saturday 16th May

Due to this, we recommend that you make use of Onsite's Transportation Services for reliability (especially for larger items)

Items to be picked up by courier after the conference can be picked up at the latest on Thursday 21st May.

The ACC will issue courier collection forms which must be affixed to any items being collected by courier and will detail instructions as to where to leave items for collection.

The BNMS would like to invite you to submit a complimentary 60 - 90 second promotional video.
This will be broadcast on screens during the conference.
