Can I book multiple places?
Only one registration place can be booked per email and login.
How do we arrange a group booking with discount?
Groups of 5 or more delegates from 1 trust can obtain a group discount of 10%. Please follow the following process:
Please note that we cannot include registrations for the full conference package on a group booking
1. Obtain a PO number and billing address from your trust's finance department
2. Individual delegates must register online and generate an individual invoice and registration ID. (in order to register online in this instance input a random PO number eg. 1234)
3. The group must complete the group booking form available here:
Billing Address for the finance department
valid PO number for the group booking (including a 10% discount)
Name, booking reference number, Member yes or no? days attending, total fee FOR EACH ATTENDEE
4. Forward the group booking form to Carolineoxley@bnms.org.uk before the early bird deadline
5. The BNMS will then create a group invoice and send back to you to forward to your trust for payment
Am I entitled to a reduced fee?
Reduced registration fees marked with an asterisk* for delegates complying with the following criteria:
Medical staff not holding a consultant or equivalent post
Scientists NHS band 7 (or equivalent) or below
academic staff band 7 or below
pharmacist NHS band 7 or below
Technologist/Radiographers/nurses NHS band 7 or below
Student delegates must provide confirmation of their student status with a covering letter from their head of department email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Trainees can register at a reduced rate which also includes 12 months trainee membership of the Society. This will Launch in January 2019. This is available for STPS and those enfrolled on a PhD or MD or PG Course involving radioisotopes. See here for more information.
Delegates employed by commercial organisations not exhibiting or sponsoring the meeting must register at the full rate.
I've selected the wrong fee, how can I change it?
If you think you've selected the wrong fee, contact us either at email@example.com or call us on 0115 7484 504 and we can cancel your registration so you can log back in register at the correct rate.
I put the wrong hospital address in, how can I change it?
If you havent finalised your registration you can do this by logging in online and amending your details.
If you have already paid online or by invoice, we need to change this for you. Email us with the correct details at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Order ID and full delegate name.
I need an invoice with a Purchase Order number to forward for payment, how can I do this?
If you require an invoice with a PO number, please have the PO number ready as you register online. A field has been set aside for you to input the number so when you select the "pay by invoice" option, a ready to print document is generated including your reference.
My trust has not paid for my registration yet, does this mean I can't attend BNMS Meeting?
We are aware hospital trusts can take a while in processing payments, therefore if you think it is delayed, let us know.
