Exhibitor lunches will be served shortly before the delegate lunches. (see programme for timings)
Exhibitors can gain access to the venue from 7am and should be set up by 8am
Dismantling after the afternoon refreshments break (finishes at 4.05pm)

The Alec Stewart Gate car park is the closest loading area. Directly outside the stand where the England Suite is located.
The nearest car park is Kennington Park Road, opposite Oval Tube station, with spaces available Monday to Friday and easy access to the tube and the Kia Oval.
If you require electrics to your stand, please ensure you arrive early to guarantee your preferred stand.
There are plenty of sockets around the walls of the exhibition hall. Please bring an extension lead with you.
If you are bringing
an extension lead, you must provide the PAT test certificate before the event.
If you require an extension lead we can order these for you for a small charge.
Deliveries can be made to the venue no earlier than 4 working days out from the event, they do not accept deliveries on weekends.
