Welcome to the BNMS Autumn Meeting 2024
on 14 - 15 October 2024 in Norwich

Exhibition Manual

The exhibition will take place in the Ballroom at the Assembly House

Tables are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

What's included?

6ft trestle table and 2 chairs

There is limited space around your table, 1 pop up stand may be possible

Exhibition opening times

From 8am until 3.10pm

Catering

Exhibitor lunches will be served shortly before the delegate lunches.

Set up and dismantling timings

Exhibitors can gain access to the venue from 7am and should be set up by 8am

You can park at the venue to unload, but we advise parking in the nearby car parks due to limited space e.g. Chantry Place and The Forum car parks are the nearest

Dismantling of stands will be after the final refreshment break at 3.10pm

Electrics

There are plenty of sockets around the walls of the exhibition hall, please ensure you bring your own extension lead with you.

If you require electrics to your stand, please ensure you arrive early to guarantee your preferred stand.

Parcels should ideally arrive on Monday 14th October and be collected on Wednesday 16th October.

Car Parking

Car parks in Norwich are well priced with cheaper rates for groups at the Park & Ride (6 sites) and parking in the city centre from £6 for over 6 hours. Several multi-storey and surface car parks are located within the city centre, Chantry Place and The Forum are closest to the venue. Others are at Riverside, Castle Quarter, St Andrew’s and John Lewis.
