Invitation to exhibit

Attending our Annual Spring Meeting you will:

• Support BNMS in delivering this nuclear medicine educational online event
• Present your services and products to our delegates, including those key professionals responsible for procurement
• Expand your company visibility
• Highlight your products and services

The Exhibition and catering area will be located in Hall 1 at the ICC, Belfast

A sandwich lunch and refreshments will be provided for at least two exhibitors per company at no additional cost.

*Passes for additional exhibitors can be purchased whilst registering - price of £110 + VAT per person

Each exhibitor receives at least 1 free delegate pass

*Additional delegate passes can be purchased for £220 + VAT

Exhibiting fees are:

SPACE ONLY STANDS = £278 pm2 + VAT (price remains the same as 2022)

OPEN PLAN CONCEPT STANDS
2m = £2292 + VAT
3m = £3267 + VAT
4m = £4326 + VAT

Open Plan Concept Stands come as branded only (no longer an option for unbranded stands)
These stands include socket, spot lights, branded counter, bus stop and backdrop.

Stands sell out quickly please contact book early to avoid disappointment - contact us if you would like to change the size of a stand. This must be agreed in advance.

Delegate bursaries

Bursaries to Sponsor delegates attendance are available as a package:
Juniors x4 (NHS band 7 or below) or Senior x4

Prizes

Sponsorship of BNMS prizes for best presentations in various categories may still be available, starting at £600

BNMS Cake

Now firmly established as a tradition at our meetings, the BNMS cake will be served in the exhibition hall (timing tbc) is a firm favourite of our delegates.
Now you can design the cake and have your logo on it!

We are pleased to offer full sponsorship of the BNMS after-party which is held after the awards dinner venue to be confirmed.
