Each individual visitor is responsible for ensuring they have their own correct authorisation to enter the UK.
Student/Trainee Volunteers
As a Student or Trainee Member you can attend for free if you have volunteered to help at the meeting.
When registering you will be asked to pay a maximum £100 deposit, this will then be refunded after the event.

Invoice payments
Invoices can be requested by UK delegates with a valid NHS email address up to the early bird deadline on 12th April 2026.
After this date all registrations must be paid at the time of registration.
International registrations must be pre-paid by debit or credit card.
To generate an invoice for payment by your trust you must register with a valid NHS email address and provide the correct billing address and Purchase Order number. (A PO number is essential as NHS trusts will no longer process payments without one).
In some trusts an accounts payable code is also required.
Please check with your finance department to ensure that you have this information before registering.
Once you have registered, download the invoice and pass this to your finance department immediately for process
