The Postgraduate Course in Radiopharmacy covers basic and clinical aspects of radiopharmacy practice. The course progresses though the general areas of introduction and review, radiopharmaceutical chemistry, regulatory issues and clinical radiopharmacy. The course will be a 5-day online course will be delivered via MS Teams, using a combination of live and pre-recorded lectures and interactive sessions. The course has received great feedback: - Very great insight in NM overall
- Yes, it was very useful as I'm new to the world of Radiopharmacy. It has given me an understanding of the physics and chemistry and some of the jargon :-)
- This was an introduction to radiopharmacy and radiopharmaceuticals for me and I learnt an unbelievable amount throughout every lecture (it has blown my mind!). I found the first day of lectures particularly useful to set the scene and thus more easily follow the later lectures in the course. I now better understand the different terminology around the characteristics of radiopharmaceuticals and feel much more confident translating this back to the commercial GMP manufacturing and supply setting and specific project that I am involved in at my company. The calculation lecture was particularly useful. Attending the course has also given me plenty of 'food for thought' and planted many more questions for me to follow up!
- Thanks to all the presenters for delivering well prepared sessions. I appreciated that we had materials delivered ahead of the course and that we will get the recordings to enable us to revisit some of the comments made.
- A big thank you for putting this together :-) I learnt a lot and look forward to taking this newfound information back to the Radiopharmacy unit
- Very comprehensive and well organised. Thank you.
- Lots of great content, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable presenters providing valuable context and detail.
- Perfect! especially for people living overseas
- I found the sessions to be exceptionally well-structured, and insightful.
