Membership benefits

If you pay by Direct Debit, please contact us to change your membership tier.
If you pay yearly, we advise that you wait until you are prompted to renew your membership. At this stage, you can change your membership type.

The most common payment methods include paying online via debit/credit card and Direct Debit.
Other options include bank transfer and cheque.

You can continue as a retired member.
Continuing as a retired member allows you to still be an active part of the Society, and receive all of the membership benefits it has to offer, apart from Nuclear medicine Communications. The fee of £47 includes reduced rates for attendance at conferences.
Should you wish to continue your subscription to NMC please contact us for further details.
Alternatively, if you do wish to cancel your membership contact us to let us know.

Once logged into your account, navigate to Profile edit

There are several ways to do this:

1. Navigate to your Your feed and post or add photos
2. Create Connections via the Connections page and message them
3. Join groups which are available to you in the groups section. Each group has it's own feed and forum
4. You can always check out the forums section of the website and join in the conversation in Forums

For presenting oral or poster abstracts, guidance will be provided via the event meeting pages

The Exhibitors/Sponsors section of the meeting page will guide you to the registration page for Exhibitors and Sponsors.
The BNMS Spring Meetings have a floorplan for you to choose your preferred stand, the cost is dependant on the size and type of stand.
The BNMS Autumn Meetings do have a floorplan, but allocation is based on a first come first served basis on the day and all stands are the same cost.

Register as an exhibitor or sponsor online

• Input company details, select stand choice and any extras to your basket
• If you are paying by invoice please ensure that you input the correct invoicing address when booking.
• You should then download the invoice and forward it immediately to your accounts department for payment.
• BNMS will NOT forward the invoice to your finance department for payment.
• The person booking the stand/sponsorship remains the main contact and will be contacted regarding any delays or issues regarding payment.

Invited speakers
Once a programme is developed for the specific meeting, a formal letter will be sent to all Invited Speakers.
This will include:

• Details of the speakers talk
• A link to a registration form for the speaker to complete
• A link to a declaration of Interest form
• Details about what is included as an invited speaker and expenses
• Presentation guidance notes

Chairs
Once a programme is developed for the specific meeting, a formal email will be sent to all Chairs.
This will include:

• Details of the session which they are chairing
• A copy of the programme
• A note that Session chairs still need to register as a delegate unless they are invited speakers too
• Chairing guidance notes
