As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations we are delighted to present a special webinar series featuring past presidents of the BNMS, hosted by our current President, Prof Sabina Dizdarevic.

This event provides 1 CPD credit in accordance with the CPD Scheme of The Royal College of Radiologists.
The Aims of this event are:
1. To explore the history of BNMS and gain insight into current and future directions from the perspective of BNMS Presidents.
2. To provide an update on the role of hybrid imaging, cutting‑edge diagnostics, and theragnostics


10th February 2026 - Women in BNMS Leadership & Past, Present and Future of Nuclear Medicine

Join us for a live interview with four female past Presidents (Dr Sue Clarke, Dr Mary Prescott, Dr Gillian Vivian, Ms Jilly Croasdale) with the current President Prof Sabina Dizdarevic, followed by a talk by Jilly Croasdale and an interactive discussion in a live Q&A session.

This webinar will explore the challenges they faced, the inspirations that shaped their leadership, and the key achievements of their terms, including perspectives on gender equality in medicine. The panel will also reflect on how our specialty has evolved, share their views on the future of nuclear medicine, and discuss how, together with our members, we can continue to shape the direction of the field.

The webinar will also feature a focused talk by Ms Jilly Croasdale, Immediate Past President:"Working together to prioritise urgent patient needs during a molybdenum shortage."

This promises to be an inspiring and thought-provoking event highlighting leadership, collaboration, and the future of Nuclear Medicine.
