Opportunity for Residents: "Residents4Residents" session at EANM'26

EANM are pleased to inform you of an exciting opportunity for Nuclear Medicine residents: the EANM has launched an open call for the "Residents 4 Residents" session at EANM'26.

Four resident-speakers will be selected to present their own clinical PET cases live at the congress.

WHAT IS IT?
Selected residents will deliver interactive, case-based presentations with live MCQs and multidisciplinary discussion, showcasing how PET findings impact oncologic management in clinical practice.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The open call is exclusively open to Nuclear Medicine residents.

CASE CATEGORIES (one category per applicant):
1. FDG PET cases (25 min presentation)
2. PSMA PET cases (25 min presentation)
3. SSTR PET cases (20 min presentation)
4. Other PET tracers – e.g. DOPA, FET, FES, FAPI, CHOLINE, METHIONINE, etc. (20 min presentation)

One candidate will be selected per category through a raffle system.

HOW TO APPLY?
• Submit the application via the official open call application form.
• Obtain endorsement from a supervising professor, who will be responsible for ensuring the scientific and educational quality of the submitted cases.

WHAT DO SELECTED RESIDENTS RECEIVE?
• Free registration to EANM'26 (October 17–21, 2026 – Vienna, Austria)
• Free accommodation: 3 nights in a hotel booked by EANM (breakfast included)

KEY DATES:
• Application portal opens: May 21, 2026
• Application deadline: June 11, 2026 (23:59 CEST) – no late
