Welcome to the new BNMS President-Elect, Dr Stewart Redman.

Stewart is from the Royal United Hospital, Bath has been a Consultant Radionuclide Radiologist since 2007.

He is an Associated Medical Director (Revalidation), RUH and the Founding Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM).

In the past he has been the RCR Radiation Protection Lead, Co-Chair BNMS SEC, BNMS Honorary Secretary and a member of the BNMS Council.

"I am enormously grateful for the faith that the Society has placed in me, in electing me as the next President. I have re-joined the Committees and workstreams of the society as President elect and will try to support Sabina and the Team all I can over the coming year. I am particularly keen to progress the priorities I set out in my Presidents statement; Pushing Technologist Registration, Supporting the MRT Consortium, Developing the Regional Leads Network and mitigating any member concerns over the up-coming PET-CT Phase 1 re-procurement. There will also inevitably be new issues arising but I feel confident we will continue to have a team in place to address them!"
