We are pleased to announce a virtual study day aimed at nuclear medicine technologists, radiographers and medical physicists involved in SPECT-CT imaging. The course will cover image acquisition, processing and quality assurance for SPECT-CT. If you’re new to SPECT-CT or simply want to brush up on your basics, this one-day virtual course will provide you with all the skills you need to support a full SPECT-CT service in your department.

Who should attend: Nuclear Medicine technologists, radiographers and medical physicists involved in single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)-CT imaging

This event provides 5 CPD credits in accordance with the CPD Scheme of The Royal College of Radiologists

Educational aims:
To gain an understanding of the basic physics involved in the acquisition and reconstruction of SPECT and CT
To be familiar with practical aspects of patient positioning, image acquisition and reconstruction for SPECT-CT
To gain knowledge of current clinical applications of SPECT-CT
